BigSpring is an 'everboarding' platform that helps businesses close skill gaps through practical, real-time learning. The platform aligns learning with job requirements to facilitate workforce readiness. Some users refer to it as a "Digital AI mirror" which they use to practice their sales pitch and get feedback.
Digital product design and other responsibilities
Handling all aspects of design including product, UX, UI, information architecture, research, brand consistency, maintaining the design system and more. Essentially, the "everything" Designer for the company, ensuring cohesive and effective design solutions across all projects!
Learnings from working at a startup
This experience taught me the value of keeping designs simple, especially for localization and translations for accessibility. I also honed my skills in documenting and presenting work, which is essential for communicating ideas with non-designers and ensuring collaboration.
